## Shipping Policy
### Processing Time
All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

### Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time.
### International Shipping
We ship to select countries internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).
### Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through the link provided or by logging into your account.
### Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, Millennium Slate LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
### Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within **7 days** of the expected delivery date at info@mslate.rocks with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

## Returns & Refunds Policy
### Return Window
We accept returns within **30 days** of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Please request prior return authorization at info@mslate.rocks
### Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Downloadable products
### How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at infor@mslate.rocks with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions (typically within 1-2 business days)
3. Package your item securely with the return authorization included
4. Ship to the address provided in your return confirmation
### Return Shipping
- **Customer is responsible** for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
### Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5-10 business days**
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
### Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for items of equal value or with the difference paid/refunded. Contact us at info@mslate.rocks to initiate an exchange.
### Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at info@mslate.rocks with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
### Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing time varies)
3. Contact your bank
