Who We Are

Millennium Slate LLC was formed in 2019 as a majority-owned subsidiary of Evergreen Slate Co. Inc., a traditional slate roofing supplier founded in 1916. Evergreen has provided roofing slate to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, the Pentagon, the War College, and many others. See www.evergreenslate.com

Our Roofing Heritage

We started with slate roofing and still do it today. Our roofs have been wind tunnel tested to 160mph — CAT 5 strength. Two small roofs have already survived Hurricane Lee at CAT 1 (~100mph). If you are interested in a roof, call us or email info@mslate.rocks

Made in America

We are proud that nearly our entire supply chain is domestic. The only exceptions are finishing operations on some hook and loop performed in Mexico, and our existing foam board inventory from China — our supplier is actively setting up US manufacturing. All backer board alternatives are domestic: ZIP™ board, luan, and plywood.
